In order to start your registration procedure, please fill in the form on this page with all the requested data. Then, download the registration form and choose your preferred way of payment for the registration fees.

REGISTRATION FEES
Before February 28th, 2010: € 250,00 (participant), € 150,00 (accompanying person).
After March 1st, 2010: € 300,00 (participant), € 150,00 (accompanying person).
(Fees are Italian VAT 20% included)
Participant registration fees include: organization costs, transportation from/to Pisa airport and railway station, or from/to Rome airport; attendance to the scientific sessions; printed miniposter book.
Payment can be carried out through bank transfer or credit card. Please read the downloadable registration form carefully for further information. Electronic credit card transaction is not available.

Click here to download the registration form, to perform the requested payment of the participation fees. The registration form must be printed and filled with all the requested data, and must be returned via fax with the payment receipt; forms without the payment receipt will not be processed until the payment receipt will be received by the Secretariat. Please return the filled registration form via fax to the Organizing Secretariat:

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests will be accepted only if submitted to the Conference Secretariat’s fax number. All refunds will be made within one month after the end of the Conference according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation received before March 30th: 80% of the total amount received will be refunded;
- Cancellation received before April 15th: 40 % of the total amount received will be refunded;
- Cancellation received after April 15th: no refund.
